Keep Your Lamp is an evening meditative event that encourage you to reflect on the past year, where you are now, what is important to you, and where you want to go in the upcoming year.  It is truly unique experience lead by Janet Anderson, LICSW and includes gentle science-based body movements and therapeutic exercises to truly Keep Your Lamp trimmed and burning.  Most people find it to be their most favorite event of the year!

I spent 3 days with Janet guiding me through her processes.  I felt safe, supported, and every question I had was welcomed.  It's been a little over 6 weeks since we've worked together, and I've never felt this clear, open, and secure.
